K V I N D E L I V P R O G R A M

New Kvindeliv-group in 2024 

Due to high demand for the Kvindeliv program, I have decided to offer another round.

This is for you if you want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, and work on your personal development.

You will gain greater insight and awareness of your habits, strengths, and obstacles, along with concrete development tips to help you achieve or change what you desire.

We will be working with:

  • The Enneagram

  • Shadows

  • Feminine/Masculine Energy

  • Values & Rules

All of this takes place in a supportive and loving community where we encourage and uplift each other—guided by me as your experienced instructor and coach.

The only thing required from you is curiosity, interest, and participation. Confidentiality is essential and a given.

We will meet 8 times for 3-hour sessions, which will include a group check-in, teaching, and exercises.

  • You will receive a binder and ongoing handouts with course materials.

  • There will be partner work between the modules.

  • A private Facebook group will be available for sparring with me and the other participants.

The sessions will take place in my cozy space at Riddergade 5 in Næstved from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the following dates in 2024:

You can get it for 7500 DKK until February 8th. After that, the price will be 8500 DKK. It is possible to pay in installments. Registration and payment are binding. Your spot is reserved upon the first payment.
